THE OFFICE OF THE FEDERAL TERRITORY MUFTI HEREBY PROMISES TO EXECUTE TRUST AND RESPONSIBILITY BY PLAYING A LEADING ROLE IN THE EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE WORLD-CLASS MANAGEMENT OF FATWAS. WE ARE HEREBY PREPARED:

1. Responding to customer inquiries and complaints regarding Shariah law issues :
   • No need for reference and research : 1 working day
   • Need reference but don't need research : 14 working days
   • Need reference and research : 30 working days
2. Provide fatwas requested by the Government and the community in the Federal Territory within 30 working days;
3. Managing the Sharia Law Consultation Committee Meeting within eight (8) weeks from the direction of the Mufti of the Federal Territories;
4. Issuing a Teaching Credential Card within seven (7) working days after the Federal Territories Islamic Teaching Supervision Meeting;
5. Provide the annual calendar by December 15 of the current year;
6. Issuing Qibla Direction Confirmation Letter within two (2) weeks from the date of Qibla direction measurement;
7. Publish publications related to fatwas and legal explanations periodically:
   • Three (3) scientific publications per year.
   • Ten (10) leaflets per year.
8. Respond to complaints / suggestions / appreciation within three (3) working days;
9. Make payment within 14 working days; and
10. Conduct religious consultation sessions with plaintiffs for eight (8) or twelve (12) sessions based on the order and period set by the Syariah Court.
